Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level. You will support local community execution, New Home Consultants, and division marketing initiatives, ensuring timely, brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

This role requires coordinating signage, photography, and event logistics while collaborating with regional and national teams. Travel weekly within the division is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience required as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support QMI homes with signage, monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.
• Coordinate signage inventory and updates; partner with vendors for installs/removals.
• Plan on-site logistics for local marketing events and support national campaigns at the local level.
