Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHC), and division/regional marketing initiatives. This role ensures smooth, timely, and brand-aligned marketing implementation at the community level.

Your Responsibilities On The Team include serving as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs, fulfilling requests for flyers and collateral,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, HS diploma required.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal partnerships.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (MLS, Canva, Airtable).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Coordinate sign and collateral production for sales activity with regional teams.
• Support QMI homes with signage, MLS listings, and photography oversight.
• Oversee exterior/interior color updates and signage inventory.
• Plan and execute on-site marketing events and community launches.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to roll out campaigns.
