Lennar is seeking a Regional Field Coordinator, Marketing to support local community marketing at the divisional level. You will assist with flyers, collateral, signage, MLS listings, and event logistics, coordinating with regional teams to ensure brand-aligned execution.

Weekly travel to communities is required. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus proficiency with Canva, MLS, and Airtable, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; high school diploma required.
• 0–2 years marketing coordination experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office; comfortable with Canva, MLS, Airtable.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill NHC requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity.
• Coordinate signage, MLS listings, photography, and color selections.
