Job summary

Lennar is hiring a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to be the on-the-ground marketing partner at the division level. You’ll support local communities, NHCs, and regional marketing initiatives with timely, brand-aligned execution.

You will coordinate signage, photography, color updates, and event logistics, traveling weekly within the division. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Computer skills and competencies are required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Support Quick Move-In homes with accurate signage, MLS listings, and photography oversight.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory.
• Coordinate with signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings and broker events.
• Support national and regional campaigns at the local level.
• Liaise between sales, operations, and regional marketing for flawless execution.
