Qualifications

• 2+ years of field or regional marketing experience.
• Experience with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce and Monday.com.
• Located in EST or CST or willing to work in those time zones.
• Comfort with AI and data tools.

• Build registration pages, emails, landing pages, and campaign workflows in team tools.
• Coordinate paid social execution, vendors, and logistics; review event setup and assets before launch.
• Maintain program data, track metrics, and prepare post-event reports.

• Support all Regional Marketing Managers in executing AMER programs, owning tasks from setup to post-event reporting.
• Use AI and data tools daily to improve efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build registration pages, emails, landing pages, and campaign workflows in team tools.
• Coordinate paid social execution, vendors, and logistics; review event setup and assets before launch.
• Maintain program data, track metrics, and prepare post-event reports.

What You'll Bring:

• Located in EST or CST with 2+ years in field or regional marketing.
• Experience with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, plus comfort with AI.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written communication.
• OTE range in the US is $88,000 - $95,000 plus RSUs.
