The Regional Marketing Associate will support AMER regional plans, manage programs and events from setup to post-event reporting, and leverage AI tools daily to drive efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality of work.

Qualifications

2+ years in field marketing, regional marketing or events.
Strong organization and close attention to detail.
Experience with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce and Monday.com.
Comfort using AI and the judgment to validate its output.
Clear written communication.
Willingness to travel approximately 40%.

Responsibilities

Execute programs across AMER. Support all Regional Marketing Managers by delivering assigned events, campaigns and ABM activities using established playbooks, from setup through follow-up.
Build registration pages, emails, landing pages and campaign workflows in the team’s tools; coordinate paid social execution, vendors and logistics.
Review event setup, assets, emails and landing pages for accuracy, completeness and functionality before they go live.
Maintain accurate program data, track metrics and prepare post-event and campaign reports.
