Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Marketing leader to own and optimize regional programs, including ABM, with Sales and SDRs. You will drive budgets, goals, and reporting while leveraging AI to scale processes and decision-making across marketing ops and events. Expect travel ~40% and a 100% remote, global culture.

You will shape Grafana's regional GTM, partner with diverse vendors, and mentor junior colleagues to elevate team performance and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Located on the West Coast of the United States.
• 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong project, time, and stakeholder management with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar.
• Experience operationalizing AI in marketing with reusable prompts or lightweight automations.
• Open source go-to-market exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~40%.
