Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager for the southern Midwest Hotels region based in St. Louis, MO.

You will grow hotel supply, optimize setup with discounts and availability, and drive market presence in collaboration with product, policy, and partnerships teams. The role requires strategic and hands-on work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure long-term success. You will manage relationships, convert hotel leads, and implement scalable, localized supply strategies for both

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business and converting opportunities.
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients.
