Airbnb is seeking a Market Manager to drive supply health and expansion in the southern Midwest, focusing on hotels and partnerships across Missouri. You will optimize hotel onboarding, negotiate discounts, and lead cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Airbnb's market presence.

In this role, you will leverage local market data to craft scalable supply strategies, manage key accounts, and regularly travel within your territory to build enduring relationships and exceed quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization.
• Experience using CRM software, Salesforce a plus.
• Willing to travel regularly to Louis, MO region.

Responsibilities

• Develop tiering and account management strategies for hotels.
• Convert Hotel leads and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Build, expand partner relationships within your territory.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, policy, legal, tax and support.
• Identify growth opportunities using local market data.
