• Conduct regular sales team meetings and share performance updates.
• Ensure CRM system usage for tracking interactions and pipeline.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgets and policies.
• Achieve revenue, budget, and annual objectives for the market.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with corporate goals for the market.
• Ensure HR policies compliance including performance management.
