Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Market Manager to lead day-to-day Field Sales team activities and drive revenue within a geographic area in the United States. You will implement sales strategies, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction to meet annual objectives.

The role requires building relationships with key customers, managing forecasts, and guiding the team to achieve budgeted results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience and 1-3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales calls with Field Sales team to support selling efforts.
• Develop and manage sales forecasting and targets for geography and field team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and address their needs.
• Analyze local market trends to adapt sales strategies and drive revenue.
• Lead regular sales team meetings to review performance and communicate strategies.
• Ensure CRM system usage to manage interactions, activities, and pipeline.
• Monitor sales techniques and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and travel/expense policies.
