Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific in Texas is seeking an Associate Market Development Manager for Biosciences to lead regional Go-to-Market and demand gen plans for a consumables portfolio. You will support the Bioscience sales team in a fast-moving market, translating strategy into actionable campaigns that drive growth.
You will collaborate across Global Market Development, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Commercial Sales to define messaging, optimize campaigns, and report on performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field with 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
- MBA in marketing or business preferred or related-marketing experience in molecular biology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with demand/lead generation and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tactical action plans driving growth in key channels and customer segments.
- Develop messaging and tools to communicate value through sales, digital marketing, and distribution.
- Achieve sales and market goals; perform analyses & regular reports of business performance.
- Provide Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Sales feedback to optimize product positioning and strategy.
