Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive reagent revenue and strengthen customer partnerships in the ImmunoDiagnostics portfolio. This field-based role covers Texas, with travel up to 75% and a focus on hospitals, reference labs, and integrated health systems.

You will develop strategic plans, lead business reviews, and communicate clinical and operational value to healthcare stakeholders in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in complex clinical diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, or lab-focused medical device sales.
• Experience managing large health systems, IDNs, or reference laboratories preferred.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and complex landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic account plans to defend, retain and grow revenue across hospital and reference lab accounts.
• Develop and execute territory plans for Autoimmunity and Allergy diagnostics.
• Conduct regular Customer Business Reviews with internal partners to align on objectives.
• Serve as primary contact between customers and Thermo Fisher teams across regions.
