Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities within the North Texas region. You will work with Account Executives and Field Application Specialists to expand Bio-Rad's consumables revenue and ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales or life sciences, a BA/BS in a life science, and strong knowledge of genomics/proteomics workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences required; MS or PhD strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales or relevant research experience in life sciences.
• Strong fluency in molecular biology, gene expression, protein analysis, and related workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive adoption of Bio-Rad's Genomics and Proteomics solutions to meet sales targets.
• Engage with academic customers through regular on-site visits; demonstrate, sell and support consumables and small equipment.
• Build and manage a healthy sales funnel with CRM updates and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Field Application Specialists, and Marketing to expand Bio-Rad's footprint and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication and technical fluency, including product knowledge and timely reporting to leadership.
