Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will hire, train, mentor, and lead property management professionals while directing budgets, reporting, and capital planning to optimize performance and occupancy.

In this role you will manage marketing and leasing efforts and maintain relationships with owners and executives. A customer-focused mindset and ability to operate across a busy portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in multi-family property management with multi-site leadership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Able to develop and implement short and long-range goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of multiple properties and lead property management teams.
• Manage property operations and ensure occupancy goals are met.
• Supervise budgets, financial reporting, and capital planning.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor site staff, conduct performance reviews, and guide career development.
• Collaborate with owners and executives to align portfolio strategy.
