Job summary

Aperto Property Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Los Angeles region, including Woodland Hills and Oxnard, CA.

You will lead a team of on-site managers across Market Rate, Bond, and LIHTC communities, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You will oversee budgets, leasing, and operations, while maintaining HUD and tax credit compliance, and coordinating with contractors and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with regional or supervisory oversight of Market Rate and Affordable Housing (LIHTC & Bond) communities.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Proven track record managing leasing, resident relations, and property operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing communities including Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
• Manage budgets per property, rent rolls, expenses, and capital plans to hit financial goals.
• Supervise and mentor on-site managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and conduct regular inspections/audits.
• Liaise between residents, staff, and government agencies; address concerns promptly.
