Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive resident satisfaction while leading on-site managers across multiple affordable properties. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management, with regional/supervisory responsibility overseeing affordable housing (HUD/LIHTC).
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing communities (Section 8 and LIHTC).
• Manage budgets including rent rolls, expenses, and capital improvement plans.
• Supervise, train, and support property managers and on-site teams.
