Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management in a regional role overseeing LIHTC, and USDA-RD communities.
• 5+ years of Regional Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in leasing, resident relations and property operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing communities (USDA-RD & LIHTC), ensuring compliance.
• Manage budgets for each property, including rent rolls and capital improvements.
• Supervise and mentor property managers and on-site teams.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and conduct inspections/audits.
• Coordinate with residents, staff, vendors, and government agencies.
• Develop strategies to improve resident satisfaction, leasing, and retention.
• Oversee LIHTC & Project-Based Section 8 reports and annual recertifications.
