Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties nationwide, with offices in multiple cities including Phoenix. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, drive occupancy, revenue, and compliant operations, and mentor staff to achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities include budget management, financial reporting, change management, and capital project oversight, all while maintaining resident satisfaction and a culture of accountability

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of three or more affordable properties
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Community Managers and site teams to drive performance.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and optimize revenue to meet financial targets.
• Oversee property operations for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and curb appeal.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
• Guide site teams through change management initiatives.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and resident satisfaction across properties.
• Analyze financial reports and property performance data.
• Oversee capital projects and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Address and resolve conflicts among team members and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with owners, vendors, and community organizations.
