Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Casa Azure, a 196-unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage daily operations, occupancy, collections and resident relations, coordinating with staff and partners to maintain service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong English communication, and familiarity with Yardi software. A 2-year degree is required; 4-year preferred, with ARM/COS/RAM designations a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field (4-year degree preferred). ARM, COS, RAM, or similar designation preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily property operations and serve as liaison between staff and residents.
• Lead orientation and training; participate in performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Oversee rent collection and move-in/move-out processes; ensure occupancy and compliance targets.
• Manage budgets, purchasing procedures, audits, and vendor contracts.
• Address resident concerns and maintain tenant relations to support retention.
• Collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and corporate teams to meet goals.
• Supervise on-site staff and contracted vendors; ensure safety and property standards.
