Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Casa Azure, a 196-unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees day-to-day property operations, aiming to maximize occupancy, collections, and resident retention while maintaining appearance and compliance.

The Community Manager will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and ensure adherence to Dominium’s policies and housing program requirements. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field; 4-year degree preferred.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and payroll-related tasks.
• Manage occupancy, renewals, collections, and budgeting within policy.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise contractors to ensure quality work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Respond to resident concerns and foster positive resident relations.
