Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations, finances, and compliance of a multifamily portfolio across assigned properties. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, ensuring occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction while aligning with Dominium’s strategic goals.

Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and proficiency in MS Office and Yardi is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years as an Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily.
  • Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of three or more affordable properties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of education and/or experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and prior Yardi software experience strongly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and compliance performance of a portfolio of properties. This role ensures that communities meet performance expectations related to occupancy, collections, property conditions, resident satisfaction, and financial results. The Regional Manager provides leadership, guidance, and support to Community Managers and site teams, ensuring alignment with Dominium’s strategic goals and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
