Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and compliance performance of a portfolio of affordable properties. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, ensuring occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction align with Dominium's goals.

You'll monitor budgets, drive revenue, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding change initiatives and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years as a Area or Regional Manager in Multifamily.
• Oversee a portfolio of three or more affordable properties.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combinations of education/experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and prior Yardi software experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Leads, mentors, and develops Community Managers and site teams to drive performance and growth.
• Oversees property operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manages budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet financial targets.
• Maintains property conditions and resident satisfaction.
• Analyzes financial reports and property performance data for strategic decisions.
