Job summary

Dominium's Phoenix Regional Office seeks a Senior Project Manager, Owner's Representative, to oversee construction from pre-construction to closeout, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule.

The role requires deep construction knowledge, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate owners, design professionals, and contractors while upholding Dominium's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, LEED) preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction/project management, focusing on multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations; proficient in project management software and financial tools.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage contractors, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Evaluate General Contractor proposals for adherence to Dominium standards.
• Coordinate utility services and integrate into project plans.
• Manage all phases of project execution from start to closeout.
• Lead schedule reviews and project meetings to ensure success.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
