Shopko Optical in Dilworth, MN is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple centers across the region, driving sales, profitability, and patient experience.

The role focuses on staffing, training, policy compliance, and building a strong regional team through effective coaching, onboarding, and succession planning. Travel may be required to support centers and implement growth strategies.

Formación

• 5+ years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Strong planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute merchandise, operational, and customer service strategies to hit sales, gross margin and EBITDA targets.
• Conduct center visits to validate service standards.
• Observe and coach opticians on performance and feedback.
• Establish and monitor center operations guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on regional competition.
