Metropolis is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee financial health and operations across multiple locations in a defined region. You will drive regional budgets, ensure profitability, and maintain top-tier client satisfaction while leading business development and contract negotiations.

You will manage budgets and forecast outcomes, mentor staff, and coordinate with sales to close new opportunities. The role includes an on-site, four‑day‑week office model and a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations and building client relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to clients and internal teams.

• Oversee development and attainment of regional operating plans, budgets and reforecasts.
• Monitor regional financial results to ensure profitability of locations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure open communication.
• Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including surveys and audits.
