Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee financial health and operations across a defined region. You will drive budgets, profit targets, and client satisfaction while leading business development from lead generation to contract onboarding.

The role requires 5+ years managing multiple locations and a track record of surpassing budgets, with strong communication and negotiating skills to secure contracts and grow accounts. Base salary targets are disclosed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties.
• Proven track record of meeting budget, developing new business and client relationships.
• Ability to convey complex financial information clearly to clients and internal teams; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgets and KPIs; familiarity with contract structures and terms.
• Experience negotiating to secure new contracts, retain business, and resolve disputes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operating plans, budgets, and reforecasts.
• Develop regional financial and operational goals and drive achievement.
• Monitor results to ensure profitability of locations within the region.
• Build strong client relationships through open communication and mutual benefit.
• Address client needs and concerns, maximize revenue opportunities and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, using survey feedback and audits.
• Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle and onboarding new clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Mentor subordinates and foster a culture of professional growth.
