Job summary

Metropolis in Boston seeks a Regional Manager to oversee financial health and operations of multiple locations in the region, develop regional budgets, forecasts, and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, negotiate contracts, onboard new clients, and grow existing accounts.

Strong communication, budgeting, and analytics are essential as you mentor teams in our office-first environment.
