Job summary

GBC Food Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Cut Produce Kiosks to lead operations, sales, and distribution across franchisee-run kiosks in the assigned region. You will ensure franchisee adherence to standards, drive efficiency, and meet sales targets through close collaboration with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
ServSafe Manager Certification upon joining or within agreed timeframe post-hiring.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations, sales, and distribution across kiosks in the region.
Analyze and report on P&L statements.
Attend and report on sales meetings and regular store visits.
Uphold company operational standards and facilitate franchisee transitions.
Recruit and supervise local chefs and franchisees, and manage regional staff.
Coordinate with franchisees, host locations, sales teams, and supply chain personnel to optimize operations.
Prepare weekly regional reports and represent the company to stakeholders.
Drive regional sales growth and ensure safety and compliance across operations.
