Regional Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven, hands‑on Regional Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations and help support continued business growth. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial restaurant leader who takes initiative, develops strong teams, and enjoys finding ways to improve operational and financial performance.

The Regional Manager will work closely with General Managers and senior leadership to establish effective operating routines, strengthen accountability, and implement strategies that drive results across the business. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can identify opportunities, build actionable plans, and work collaboratively with teams to achieve measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent execution of service, food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to strengthen leadership capabilities and improve overall restaurant performance.
• Review P&Ls, budgets, and key performance indicators to identify trends, address challenges, and improve profitability.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve labor management, food costs, productivity, and other key financial and operational metrics.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold restaurant leadership teams accountable for achieving business objectives.
• Build effective operating routines, reporting practices, and processes that promote consistency and support scalability.
• Partner with restaurant teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support hiring, training, succession planning, and leadership development across assigned locations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on operational initiatives, business planning, and future growth opportunities.
• Help prepare restaurant teams and operational systems for new location openings and continued expansion.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience, preferably with multi‑unit leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L analysis, labor costs, food costs, and budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to improve business performance through action planning, collaboration, and consistent follow‑through.
• Experience coaching and developing General Managers and building accountable, high‑performing teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate operational data into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing needs, and adapt to a changing business environment.
• A hands‑on leadership approach with a willingness to work directly with restaurant teams.
