Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple centers in the Spring, TX area. You will lead center operations, development of GMs, and execution of company goals to ensure world-class customer service and profitability.

You will identify acquisition targets, recruit talent, and maintain relationships with insurers and partners while guiding teams to safe, thorough vehicle repairs following Caliber’s SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead center operations (production and administrative) of the assigned region to meet company goals and standards.
• Provide clear expectations, tools, training and information to each General Manager.
• Identify potential acquisition and brownfield targets and build relationships with them.
• Recruit qualified candidates and establish a pipeline for talent acquisition.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles safely, thoroughly and profitably in line with SOPs.
