Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the center’s operations, risk management, and staff development in the Clear Lake area near Houston. The role includes overseeing production, client metrics, and administrative tasks while ensuring repairs meet Caliber’s SOP and insurance partner standards.

The General Manager will recruit and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, and analyze previous month results to identify growth opportunities and trends.

Formación

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and review monthly results for opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and guidelines.
