You will own the end‑to‑end workflow, ensure on‑time fulfillment, and drive standardized processes improving seller capacity and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, media, marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end campaign workflow from proposal to fulfillment and post‑campaign support.
• Coordinate with regional markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of plans.
• Guide post‑sale execution, including contract oversight and fulfillment coordination.
• Communicate proactively with Account Executives and internal teams to manage revisions and updates.
• Monitor campaign delivery and performance via post‑campaign reports and proofs of performance.
