Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Oakland, CA is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Operations to lead a geographically distributed team overseeing proposal development through fulfillment and post-campaign support. The role partners with regional and Sales leadership to standardize processes, optimize resources, and enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end campaign workflow management, inventory coordination, post-sale execution, and proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, media, marketing or equivalent.
• Two (2) + years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, campaign management, or similar environment.
• Experience in deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with basic financial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Execute data-driven sales proposals with cross-functional teams coordinating with sales and market experts.
• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines while meeting client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from routing to contract readiness and fulfillment.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of plans.
• Manage post-sale execution including contract oversight and timelines.
• Communicate revisions and campaign updates with stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor delivery and performance using post-campaign reports and proof of performance.
• Act as a client-facing partner to Executives to ensure high-quality client experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
