Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Operations to lead a geographically distributed team and ensure consistent, timely sales and campaign support across markets.

You will partner with regional and sales leadership to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and service standards from proposal to post-campaign support. The role focuses on developing team capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and standardized processes to improve operational

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, campaign management, or similar.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines to meet client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow: routing, inventory reservations, revisions, approvals, and contract readiness.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate plan feasibility.
• Manage post-sale execution: contract oversight, fulfillment, and SLA adherence.
• Communicate with Account Executives and stakeholders to manage revisions and updates.
• Monitor campaign delivery via post-campaign reports and proof of performance.
• Act as client-facing partner to Account Executives to ensure high-quality service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
