Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Two+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, campaign management, or similar environment; deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines while meeting client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from routing to contract readiness for seamless client experience.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of plans.
• Manage post-sale execution including contract oversight and fulfillment coordination.
• Communicate with Account Executives and stakeholders to manage revisions and campaign updates.
• Monitor campaign delivery using post-campaign reports and proofs of performance.
• Act as client-facing partner to Account Executives and address client needs proactively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
