Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Operations in the United States to lead a geographically distributed team responsible for sales and campaign support from proposal through fulfillment and post-campaign care.

The role partners with regional leadership to optimize workflows, allocate resources, and drive standardized processes to improve performance and client satisfaction across markets.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, or campaign management.
• Experience in deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.
• Strong ability to analyze briefs, pricing data, and inventory inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end campaign workflow from proposal through fulfillment and post-campaign support.
• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines while meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with local markets to secure inventory and validate plan feasibility.
• Oversee post-sale execution, including contract oversight and fulfillment coordination.
• Communicate revisions and campaign updates with Account Executives and clients.
• Monitor delivery and performance using post-campaign reports and proofs of performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to address client needs and ensure high service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
