Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication capable of documenting proposals and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines while meeting client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from routing to contract readiness.
• Coordinate with local markets to secure inventory and validate plan feasibility.
• Oversee post-sale execution, including contract oversight and fulfillment coordination.
• Communicate revisions and campaign updates to all stakeholders for clear client updates.
• Review post-campaign reports to confirm performance and compliance.
• Act as client-facing partner to Account Executives, addressing needs and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
