Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Operations to lead a geographically distributed team that provides sales and campaign support across markets. You will oversee workflows, resource allocation, service standards, and campaign execution from proposal development through fulfillment and post-campaign support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, or campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines; deliver client solutions.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow: routing, reservations, revisions, approvals, contract readiness.
• Partner with local markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of plans.
• Oversee post-sale execution: contract oversight, fulfillment, SLA adherence.
• Communicate with Account Executives and stakeholders to manage revisions and updates.
• Monitor delivery and performance; confirm proof of performance and compliance.
• Act as client-facing partner to support engagement and high-quality service.
