Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Operations to lead a geographically distributed team delivering consistent sales and campaign support from proposal through fulfillment and post-campaign. You will drive standardized processes, coordinate across Sales, Market teams, Strategy, and Campaign Coordination to improve performance and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent.
• Two+ years in media planning, advertising operations, sales support, or related roles.
• Experience in deadline-driven, cross-functional settings.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Align proposals with pricing strategy and inventory guidelines.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from routing to contract readiness.
• Partner with markets to secure inventory and validate feasibility of proposed plans.
• Oversee post-sale execution including fulfillment and SLA adherence.
• Communicate with Account Executives and stakeholders on revisions and updates.
• Monitor campaign delivery with post-campaign reports and proofs of performance.
• Act as client-facing partner to support high-quality client experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
