Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager for Arthroplasty – Mid-Atlantic, based in Detroit, MI. The territory covers Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southeast Michigan, with remote work considered for candidates near major airports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience with Arthroplasty products.
• Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and Arthroplasty.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty sales.
• Lead and train the sales force and agencies in the region.
• Launch Arthroplasty products within the region and relaunch when necessary.
• Govern Arthroplasty pricing and discounts with buying groups.
• Travel up to 75% to engage customers and drive growth.
