Arthrex is seeking a Regional Manager for Arthroplasty in the Mid-Atlantic to lead sales performance, training, and strategy across the Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southeast Michigan territory. The role requires strong leadership, deep Orthopedics knowledge, and travel.

The successful candidate will manage agencies, drive growth, and engage surgeons and accounts while aligning with national sales leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience with Arthroplasty products.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty in the region.
• Launch and relaunch Arthroplasty products within the region.
• Oversee pricing structure and discounts for volume and commitments.
• Develop key relationships with customers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Coach and train sales reps on Arthroplasty products and sales cycles.
• Communicate regions focus to National Sales leadership.
• Travel within the territory to manage accounts and opportunities.
