Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager-Arthroplasty to lead sales performance, training, and strategy across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Michigan territories from Detroit. Travel up to 75% and collaborate with agencies, surgeons, and accounts.

Bachelor's degree is required with MBA preferred; 5+ years of Arthroplasty sales experience; base/commissions/bonus from $200,000 to $250,000; robust 401(k) and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of sales experience in Arthroplasty products.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty within the region.
• Launch and relaunch Arthroplasty products; manage pricing and discounts.
• Coach and train sales representatives on products and sales cycle.
• Engage key opinion leaders and build relationships with agencies, surgeons and accounts.
• Travel up to 75% to meet goals and drive market growth.
