Arthrex, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager – Arthroplasty for the Mid-Atlantic to lead sales strategy, training, and growth across OH, WV, PA and Southeast Michigan. The role is based near Detroit with remote flexibility in the territory and requires up to 75% travel.

Base plus commissions and bonus total compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, with potential to exceed based on performance. A bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience with Arthroplasty products.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and manage a multi-state territory.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and deploy assets for Arthroplasty across the region.
• Launch and relaunch Arthroplasty products; optimize pricing and discounts.
• Train and coach sales reps; engage surgeons and accounts; report to leadership.
• Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders; lead 2-3 projects every 6 months.
• Coordinate with agencies and product managers to drive growth.
