Arthrex is seeking a Regional Manager-Arthroplasty for the Mid-Atlantic to lead sales initiatives across OH, WV, PA, and SE Michigan. Based in Detroit, remote work in the territory may be considered. You will drive sales strategies, train staff, and collaborate with agencies to achieve goals.

The role requires 5+ years of Arthroplasty sales experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and travel up to 75%. Base, commissions, and bonus comprise total compensation with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience with Arthroplasty products.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty; coordinate with agencies.
• Launch and relaunch Arthroplasty products within the region.
• Coach and lead sales team; manage key accounts and reports to leadership.
