Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Regional Manager-Arthroplasty for the Mid-Atlantic to lead the regional sales and training initiatives. The territory includes Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southeast Michigan with a Detroit base, and remote work in the territory may be considered.

The role focuses on driving sales strategy, launching products, and collaborating with agencies and internal teams to hit regional goals. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Arthroplasty sales are required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years sales experience with Arthroplasty products.
• Willing to work with cadaver specimens.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set business strategy and asset deployment for Arthroplasty business; ensure execution with agencies.
• Launch Arthroplasty products within the region and re-launch when needed.
• Govern pricing structure and discounts related to volume and commitments.
• Assist reps with evaluation, closing activities and reporting on readiness.
• Train representatives on Arthroplasty products and sales cycle.
• Lead communications with National Sales leadership about focus and structure.
• Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders for interactions.
• Lead or participate in 2-3 projects every 6 months.
• Travel up to 75%.
