The targeted cash compensation package (Base, Commissions and Bonus) for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. There is potential to exceed this amount based on experience and performance in the role. In addition to a generous 401(k) program, Arthrex contributes to a non-qualified retirement plan funded entirely by Arthrex on your behalf after one year of employment.
The Arthroplasty Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Arthroplasty product sales performance, training, and other activities with the sales force, surgeons, and accounts within his/her respective region.
