Aperto Property Management, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of LIHTC, PBV and HUD communities in the South Bay.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and on-site teams while ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and tax-credit requirements. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• 3+ years in a regional manager role overseeing HUD, LIHTC, senior & PBV communities.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing communities, including PBV, Senior and LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and tax credit requirements.
• Manage budgets for each property, including rent rolls, expenses, and capital improvement plans, to ensure properties meet financial goals.
• Supervise, train, and support property managers and on-site teams, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws, including conducting regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Act as the primary liaison between residents, property management staff, and government agencies.
