Jobgether is seeking a Regional Property Operations leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including Section 8 and LIHTC communities. You will lead regional teams, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

You will recruit and coach staff, build stakeholder relationships with owners and agencies, and ensure compliance with program rules while pursuing continuous improvement and superior service quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in affordable housing or related property management.
• Familiarity with Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities for complex property challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• People management and coaching across multiple sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of residential properties.
• Lead, recruit, train, coach, and motivate property management staff.
• Manage property budgets and financial performance.
• Identify and address operational issues in underperforming properties.
• Build relationships with owners, agencies, housing partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC requirements.
• Promote operational excellence and consistency across the portfolio.
• Set expectations and drive accountability across teams.
• Travel to properties to oversee operations regionally.
