Job summary

RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a Regional Manager – Affordable Housing to oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a portfolio in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. You will lead site management teams and collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Facilities, HR, and Compliance to drive results.

The role requires extensive affordable housing experience, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Extensive affordable housing experience; 5+ years.
• Experience overseeing 1,000+ affordable housing units preferred.
• COS certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of properties in the portfolio.
• Implement policies to meet budgeted goals and operational standards.
• Provide oversight to Property Managers and ensure effective strategies for leasing, expenses, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and related regulations.
• Collaborate with Compliance and other departments to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and on-site purchasing within approved budgets.
• Hire and supervise site staff and provide leadership and training.
